Croatia is a country with layers of history, atmospheric cities and towns where ancient traditions combine to take you beyond the expected. Fringed by an azure sea and steep cliffs, the Dalmatian coastline is an endless spectacle of alluring scenery dotted with beautiful beaches under a brilliant blue sky.

With over a thousand islands hugging the coastline, this will be a holiday of relaxing days spent island hopping, swimming in the translucent water of the Adriatic and sightseeing in medieval cities which define Croatia.
With our charter accommodating just sixteen cabins – five being reserved exclusively for solo travellers – this will be the perfect opportunity to meet new faces and experience new places!

ITINERARY

SUNDAY 2 JUNE 2019 – TROGIR to SPLIT

Board our charter in Trogir at midday and settle in for days of fun, sun magic. The M/S Robin Hood is a new cruise ship launched in 2017 and falls in the Superior category of small ship cruising. With a length of 37,5 metres and a 7-metre width, it has 16 double or twin cabins, 5 lower deck (13m2) and 11 main deck (12m2) with individually controlled air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with showers and hair dryers. For your leisure time, enjoy a drink in the salon or on deck whilst lounging on a sunbed. And, in between ‘swim stops’ cool off by taking a dip in the on board swimming pool. Equipment for snorkeling, kayaks, noodles, swimming mattresses etc. are all on board to ensure lots of water fun in the Adriatic.

After welcome drinks and meeting the crew set sail for Split stopping en route for your first of many swims in the crystal clear waters. Arriving in Split late afternoon, time at leisure to explore the city and have dinner on your own.

MONDAY 3 JUNE 2019 – SPLIT to OMIŠ and PUČIŠĆA

Well known as an ancient pirate town, Omiš is a picturesque town surrounded by steep rocky mountain cliffs where the Cetina river flows to the sea. Spend the morning exploring the town on your own or take an optional white water rafting excursion on the Cetina river. Our final port of call today is Pućišča, Brać, famous for its white stone which has been used to construct such famous buildings as the White House in Washington D.C. Visit the stonemason school for more insight into the ancient art of stone masonry.

TUESDAY 4 JUNE – PUČIŠĆA to STARI GRAD

Early morning departure for Stari Grad on the jet-set island of Hvar. The longest and sunniest island in the Adriatic, Hvar is blanketed with fields of lavender, ancient olive trees and vineyards forming an immaculate harmony between man and nature. Afternoon and evening at leisure to explore the town, one of the oldest settlements in Europe.

WEDNESDAY 5 JUNE – STARI GRAD – HVAR – KORČULA

Arriving this morning in Hvar, you have free time to explore this picturesque town. Suggest a visit to the oldest community theatre in Europe founded in 1612 and to take a hike up to the town fort which overlooks the harbour providing sweeping panoramic views of your ship and the Pakleni islands. After lunch it’s up anchor and set sail for Korčula, birthplace of Marco Polo. One of the best preserved walled medieval cities in the Mediterranean, Korčula has an abundance of restaurants to visit for a gourmet experience or if you’re looking for more action, numerous bars and clubs for evening entertainment. Overnight anchored in Korčula.

THURSDAY 6 JUNE – KORČULA to TRSTENIK

After a refreshing swim in a peaceful cove along the way (weather permitting) and lunch on board, continue to Trstenik. Explore on our own or take an optional visit to a local vineyard and try the wines this region is famous for. This evening, enjoy a traditional peka dinner (optional).

FRIDAY 7 JUNE – TRSTENIK to SLANO

Next stop is Slano, a small fishing village around 30km from Dubrovnik. Take an optional excursion to Ston to visit the longest wall in Europe and second longest in the world, as well as a salt mine where salt continues to be panned as it was hundreds of years ago. Great fun this evening with a themed Pirate party!

SATURDAY 8 JUNE – DUBROVNIK

After a leisurely breakfast we sail for our final destination – Dubrovnik. Known as ‘The Pearl of the Adriatic’, the magnificent city of Dubrovnik looks out over the translucent blue waters of the Adriatic and an old town surrounded by a sturdy medieval wall, Dubrovnik has become Croatia’s most upmarket tourist destination. During its Golden Age in the 16th century, it had one of the largest merchant naval fleets in the world. In recent years, the Old Town has been used as a location for the filming of Game of Thrones which has elevated it even more on the tourist level. The pedestrian only Old Town is charming with regal palazzi and splendid Baroque churches.Evening at leisure.

SUNDAY 9 JUNE – DISEMBARK DUVROVNIK

This morning you disembark your cruise. Depending on the departure time of your flight, you may still have time to sightsee in Dubrovik.
